Serving our Bay Shore neighbors since 1990
"Fixed the Martinez family's water heater last Tuesday. Mrs. Martinez made me take home empanadas again! That's what 35 years in this neighborhood means to me."

From Oak Street to Penataquit Ave, we know these houses like our own. Each repair tells a story.
I've watched kids grow up here. Fixed their parents' pipes, now fixing theirs. That's community.
Started in 1990 with a wrench and a dream. Still here, still fixing, still caring.

Don't see what you need? Call anyway!
If it involves water or pipes, we probably do it.
Big plumbing chains have toll-free numbers. We have Tom's cell phone.
That might sound small, but it makes all the difference.
Your home isn't job #247 to us. It's the Johnson house on Maple Street where we fixed that tricky kitchen sink three summers ago. We remember because we care.
No waiting days for some dispatcher to schedule you in. We're around the corner, not across the county. Emergency at 2am? We'll be there in 15 minutes, tops.
We see you at the grocery store, at church, at the kids' soccer games. Our reputation isn't on some website—it's at every block party and neighborhood gathering.
We're not hitting quotas for some corporate office. Our prices are fair because we have to look you in the eye next week at the hardware store. That keeps us honest.
We've fixed three generations of some families' plumbing. Your grandkids might call us someday. That's not just business—that's legacy. That's commitment.
These old houses, this water system, these streets—we know them by heart. We know which blocks have that mineral buildup, which neighborhoods have those old pipes. Experience matters.
✍️
I started this business in 1990 with a used van and a toolbox my father gave me. Back then, Bay Shore was different—smaller, closer-knit. Everyone knew everyone.
The town's grown, but I haven't changed my approach. When you call, you get me. When I fix your pipes, I do it like I'm fixing my own home. When I give you a price, it's the same price I'd want to pay.
I've watched kids grow up in the houses I service. I've been to block parties with customers who became friends. I've helped elderly neighbors who reminded me of my own parents.
This isn't just my business. It's my life's work. It's my contribution to this community. It's how I earn the right to call Bay Shore home.
When you hire us, you're not just getting a plumber. You're getting a neighbor who genuinely cares.

"Rafael has been fixing our plumbing for 15 years. When our water heater died on Christmas Eve, he came right over. My kids still had hot chocolate that night! He's not just our plumber, he's family."

Commercial jobs too!
"My elderly father lives alone and called Rafael about a small leak. Rafael not only fixed it but noticed some other safety issues and took care of them. He didn't charge extra. He said "that's what neighbors do." We're grateful."
